Echo at Crabapple June 26, 2025 Update: Aspen, Maplewood and Laurel Homes Take Shape
Return to BlogBy

Framing crews just wrapped a big week at Echo at Crabapple. Three showpiece homes now stand side by side on the street: the Aspen plan, the Maplewood plan, and the Laurel plan. Their rooflines and porch posts already hint at the character of this new Milton neighborhood, set only minutes from downtown Crabapple and its cafés, parks, and boutiques.
Aspen plan
A true gathering house, the Aspen welcomes large families and frequent guests with six bedrooms and four and a half baths.
• Twelve foot kitchen island anchors an open great room ideal for pancake mornings and football nights
• Covered rear terrace framed for grilling and late summer chats
• Owners suite upstairs includes a spa bath and a seventeen foot walk in closet
• Quiet study at the front and a loft upstairs give everyone a place to work or play
Maplewood plan
Designed for indoor and outdoor ease, the Maplewood offers four bedrooms and four and a half baths.
• Wide lot gives the home a sunny side lawn perfect for gardening or lawn games
• Keeping room beside the kitchen keeps homework and conversation close to the cook
• Loft upstairs can serve as media room office or workout corner
• Owners suite features a spa bath dual closets and windows that overlook the side yard
Laurel plan
A three level residence with elevator service, the Laurel brings five bedrooms and five full baths together with standout luxury.
• Terrace level includes guest suite and study that open to the backyard for extra privacy
• Double height foyer leads into an open kitchen and great room with hidden scullery for prep work
• Primary suite sits on the main floor for easy living and bright natural light
• Rooftop terrace with outdoor fireplace will offer sunset views and cozy evening gatherings
Why Echo at Crabapple shines
Sidewalks will connect the neighborhood directly to Crabapple Market so coffee runs and farmers markets sit a short walk away. Families benefit from zoning for Crabapple Crossing Elementary, Northwestern Middle, and Milton High, each highly ranked in Georgia. Planned shared spaces—a dog park, community garden, and shaded green—encourage neighborly connections while reflecting Milton’s welcoming spirit.
Construction milestones ahead
Windows arrive next week, followed by shingles, weather wrap, and siding. Interior crews will handle drywall, cabinetry, trim, and flooring. Porch railings and paint will give each façade its finished look. Landscaping teams will add sod and trees once heavy equipment moves off site.
A glimpse of daily life
Picture coffee on the Maplewood terrace while kids play tag in the side yard, a short bike ride to downtown Crabapple for lunch, and an evening meal on the Aspen porch with friends. Later, head to the Laurel rooftop terrace for stargazing by the outdoor fireplace. Echo at Crabapple blends modern comfort with small town ease, offering front porch hellos and tree lined walks in a community designed for connection.
